The Campus is open to all university students who are regularly enrolled in a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree program. We welcome not only students from the local university, but also Erasmus students, international students, and students from other Italian and European universities.
It is sufficient to be enrolled in an active university program to submit an accommodation application.

What types of accommodation are available?
The Campus offers single and double rooms, furnished and equipped with all essential amenities. Availability may vary depending on the period and incoming requests, but each accommodation is designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and functionality throughout the entire stay.
What is included in the price?
The monthly rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), unlimited Wi-Fi access, and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, study areas, and relaxation spaces. No additional costs are required.
Can I receive visitors during my stay?
Yes, visits are allowed, provided that the rules of coexistence and the other residents’ peace and quiet are respected. Visits must be communicated in advance to the reception office and cannot include unauthorized overnight stays.
What should I bring with me upon arrival?
At check-in, you are required to present a valid ID document, your Italian tax code (or equivalent), any residence permit, and your university acceptance letter. It is also recommended to have digital copies of your documents available to facilitate any procedures.
